UK Destinations
Accessories and small packages
Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post as soon as possible after receipt of
order.
Delivery is charged as postage at cost + £0.50 for packing materials.
You will be told the postage as soon as items are placed in your cart.
Any items where the postage amounts to £8.50 or more will be sent by courier at cost.
Items of high value will be sent Special Delivery (see below) and appropriately insured
Larger items and instruments
Instruments are sent free of charge. Larger items are sent via our courier service. Rates available
on request.
Back order policy
Orders or part orders available from stock will be sent immediately. Orders or part
orders not available will be placed on back order and sent when in stock. If items are out
of stock you will be advised (website orders by email). Customers will only pay one
postage charge. Please contact us immediately
if you wish to cancel or amend your order.
Channel Islands / Special Delivery
These orders will be charged at cost by weight and sent by Special Delivery which
automatically includes the first class postage fee plus £0.50 for packing. This service is
covered by 3 levels of compensation, charged according to the relevant value. Delivery is
a next working day service.

Accessories and small packages
Most items can be sent safely by Air Mail. This is charged at cost by weight including
packing plus £0.50 for packing materials. An extra charge of £3.85 for insurance will
automatically apply to all orders. This is a “sign on delivery” service and ensures that the goods
arrive safely, or in the case of non-delivery, a claim can be made for loss.
